Bureau Veritas

Bureau Veritas (Offices of Quality Advocacy) is the world leader in the evaluation of product conformity and certification. Through this certification we can offer services and innovative solutions with the objective of guaranteeing that our products, infrastructure and processes meet the norms and regulations in material quality, security and health, environmental protection and social responsibility that our clients demand.


The ISO 9001:2008 certification is the basis and international standard for quality control. It focuses on every element of administration and quality that businesses must apply in order to administer effectively and improve the quality of its products and services.


The European Seal of Conformity or CE (Conformité Européene) indicates that our products comply with the strict directives, legal requisites and technical standards of the European Community regarding security so that they can enjoy free access to the markets in this region.


The UL (Underwriters Laboratories) is a consulting firm in security and certification that offers assurances related to security, validation, testing, inspection and audits. The UL is one of the few businesses authorized to carry out security tests for the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This federal agency is in charge of determining whether a product complies with the necessary conditions for sale in US territory.


The RoHS directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances directive) refers to the directive 2002/95/CE that governs electrical and electronic devices. It was adopted in February of 2003 by the European Union. This directive restricts the use of certain dangerous materials in the fabrication of various kinds of electrical and electronic devices. It is closely related to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) 2002/96/EC.


The TÜV Rheinland (Technical Inspections Organization) is an inspecting and certifying organism from Germany with an international presence that guarantees the compliance of applicable inspection norms to products, processes and services. The TÜV (Technischer Überwachungs-Verein) are certified German organizations that endeavour to protect human beings and the environment from all kinds of mechanisms and products that might prove to be dangerous. As an independent consulting organization they examine and keep track of factories, products, electrical installations and many other systems.
